About us
Blenheims’ history goes back more than 150 years and the
company’s pedigree was established under the name of Marsh &
Parsons. This grew to be a very well-regarded estate agency, based around
west London. Marsh & Parsons’ property management division was a cornerstone
of the business and when the owners came to sell, the current Directors of Blenheims instigated a management buy-out and established Blenheims Estate & Asset Management.
Property Management has come a long way since the firm was established in 1856 when property managers used to knock on doors seeking rents and service charges and leasehold apartments bore little resemblance to the luxury homes we manage today. Our predecessors would not recognise the sophisticated systems and procedures we have in place to cope with modern long lease arrangements and the relationships we have with our clients.
The approach the company adopts is that business works better when it is done with a personal touch. Our property managers build strong relationships with the residents in their buildings and pride themselves on maintaining them to a high standard. Our team is made up of enthusiastic, competent professionals who deliver the highest possible levels of service. You will always speak to a person when you call any of our offices.
Blenheims utilises state of the art software to manage its portfolio and are able to provide outstanding accounting support through their dedicated Accounts team.
We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and our ability to structure a service package to meet the specific needs of our clients, large or small.
Blenheims are proud to be a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the majority of our property management staff are qualified members at varying levels of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM). We are also members of Ombudsman Services, Property offering our clients additional peace of mind. Our Client Accounting Team also benefits from an excellent level of professional qualification across the team. In addition, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) as an insurance intermediary.
