As property managers we usually take responsibility for the following services:
  Maintenance of all aspects of the common parts of a building.
Maintenance of the building’s exterior and structure and any estate grounds and car parks.
Employment and supervision of site staff and visiting contractors carrying out maintenance work.
Establishment and collection of service charges and all accounting matters to audit stage.
Any cyclical maintenance.
Insurance of a building’s structure and common parts but not the contents of individual units/flats.
Any other common or shared services.
Major refurbishment of internal & external common parts
If you are an owner or tenant in one of the blocks or estates in our portfolio you may need to contact a member of our team. For maintenance queries please ask to speak to the Property Administrator responsible for your block or estate and for accounts queries please ask to speak to a member of our accounts team.
Our office hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
