Our offices are closed to the public but we are doing all we can to continue to provide a high standard of service. Due to the need to restrict the number of staff in our offices, we need your help to make sure we can help as many people as possible.
We are pleased to say that our phone lines are now open every day between 9am and 530pm, but we are managing with reduced staff numbers on the premises so please call us ONLY if it is absolutely essential. As a first point of contact and whenever possible, please email your enquiry to the relevant central mailbox (see below). Your Property Manager and Administrator may also be reached more efficiently by email and are able to call you back to discuss matters in person.
We would also ask that correspondence is emailed rather than posted to ensure that documents are received and actioned promptly. Again, due to low staff numbers in the offices this will help us to manage workload and avoid staff having to touch materials that may have passed through many pairs of hands.
Our offices remain closed to the public to protect our staff. We trust that you understand.
