COVID-19 – VISITORS, MOVING HOME & SECOND HOMES

Visitors

Homeowners and residents should not be receiving visitors as it is illegal to do so unless they are in a support bubble.  In the interests of everyone in your building or on your estate, we would ask that you adhere to this guidance.

Moving Home

Government advice to home buyers and renters (both long term and short term) is that whenever possible you should delay moving to a new house while measures are in place to fight coronavirus (COVID-19).  The full advice can be found on https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak.

Second Homes & Holiday Homes

If you own a second home in a building or on an estate we manage, please respect the advice to stay at home and not travel to your second home. The Government have advised that “Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays and that people should remain in their primary residence.
